Hello! I'm Laura.
A partner for entrepreneurs & executives through transitions

You’ve had success. But something’s shifted.

You’re a founder, executive, or entrepreneur at a pivotal moment — considering a career change, evolving your business, stepping into a new role, or navigating big life changes. You have an idea of what you want, but a lot still feels murky.

You want peace of mind and a weight lifted.

You want to build the career / business / life you feel great about.

I can help. I partner with leaders in transition to define what’s next and move toward it with intention. With 16 years in startups and small businesses and 8 years of full-time coaching, I bring both deep empathy and tactical support. We look at the whole picture — not just your goals, but how your life actually feels — and build a path that fits.

Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. No pressure to move forward — just a safe space to get clarity and see what’s next.

I strongly recommend Laura as coach, particularly for individuals navigating professional and personal transitions and those seeking guidance as they take on leadership opportunities.

  • We worked together as she transitioned into, and out of being an interim startup CEO, got clarity on her next chapter, got an entrepreneurial job within a large organization, and navigated two parental leaves while being promoted multiple times.

  • We worked through fast-changing team dynamics, overlapping parental leaves, interpersonal conflicts grounded in a deeply respectful relationship, and the smooth departure of one co-founder after 5 years.

  • We defined what an ideal next chapter would look like in work and life, hired and trained a new team, and upgraded internal processes so he could focus more on the work that sparked joy both in his firm and with other businesses and passion projects.

  • He changed how he managed a difficult investor, finished his round of funding, hired key people, and rebooted how he worked day-to-day while charting a path to an exit.

  • As his company grew 5x, we developed his leadership style, upgraded key skills, and ultimately navigated a smooth exit from the company.

Let’s talk about your story and see if it’s a fit.

About Me

I spent 20+ years in operations, working directly for and with founders of SMB businesses and managing over 500 people. I have an engineering degree from Duke, an MBA from Kellogg, and have been coaching full-time since 2017.

I was the in-house coach at Studs from Seed Stage to Series B, co-founded Crabwalk to teach the core soft skills needed to navigate any work transition, and helped launch Parentaly to support expecting parents through parental leave.

I haven’t had a linear career path, but it has had one through line. I wanted the freedom to work for myself and build things. I started coaching out of a drive to create the work and life I wanted to live everyday. I can help you create the same.

About my clients

My clients lead startups, SMBs, and business units within large organizations across multiple industries including retail, law, healthcare, tech, finance, coaching and real estate.

She has a unique ability to empathize with me and with our employees given her experience in our collective shoes and can also provide highly practical guidance and direction which many coaches cannot.

I cannot recommend her highly enough - others would be lucky to work with her.
