Coaching for entrepreneurs and executives in transition points who want to be really intentional about their career, business and life
Hello! I'm Laura.
I partner with mid-to-late stage entrepreneurs & executives through transitions in their work.
You’ve had a lot of success but something is no longer on autopilot.
Maybe you’re thinking about a career change, exiting a business, or starting a new chapter at work. Or maybe expanding your family or becoming an empty nester. You have a lot of moving parts and want to be intentional and make progress, but you aren’t 100% sure what’s next and feel stuck.
My approach combines deep empathy, a 360 view of your work and personal life, and tactical support. You’ll have a confidential, unbiased thought partner to realign all the pieces—discovering what you want next and taking realistic steps to make it happen.
I cannot recommend her highly enough - others would be lucky to work with her.

Some people I’ve worked with…
Interim female CEO through a career change and two maternity leaves. We worked together as she transitioned into, and out of being an interim startup CEO, got clarity on her next chapter, got an entrepreneurial job within a large organization, and navigated two parental leaves while being promoted multiple times.
Two female co-founders, from Seed Stage to Series B - including fast growth, RIFs, and 3 parental leaves. We worked through fast-changing team dynamics, overlapping parental leaves, interpersonal conflicts grounded in a deeply respectful relationship, and the smooth departure of one co-founder after 5 years.
Small firm lawyer building the next chapter of his business while becoming an empty-nester. We defined what an ideal next chapter would look like in work and life, hired and trained a new team, and upgraded internal processes so he could focus more on the work that sparked joy both in his firm and with other businesses and passion projects.
A Series C CEO with 3 young kids as he was feeling burnt out and looking to move on. He changed how he managed a difficult investor, finished his round of funding, hired key people, and rebooted how he worked day-to-day while charting a path to an exit.
Co-founder of a Series B start-up who was unclear the role was for him. As his company grew 5x, we developed his leadership style, upgraded key skills, and ultimately navigated a smooth exit from the company.
Let’s talk about your story and see if it’s a fit for my style of coaching. If not, I’ll likely have other resources / coaches to send your way.
About Me
I spent 20+ years in operations, working directly for and with founders of small and mid-sized businesses and managing over 500 people. I have an engineering degree from Duke, an MBA from Kellogg, and have been coaching full-time since 2017. I was the in-house coach at Studs from Seed Stage to Series B, co-founded Crabwalk to teach the core soft skills needed to navigate any work transition, and helped launch Parentaly to support expecting working parents through parental leave.
I haven’t had a linear career path, but it has had one through line. I wanted the freedom to work for myself and build things. I started coaching out of a drive to create the work and life I wanted to live everyday. I can help you create the same.
